New Invoice platform and Bill Payment Resources
Our Billing Platform is changing!
Over the course of the weeks from October 2024 through early 2025, ACC Business customer billing accounts will be transitioned to a new billing platform:
- Same services.
- New billing account number(s).
What’s changing:
- Your billing account number will change.
- The ACC Business payment address is changing.
- The invoice look and layout is changing, with greater detail provided.
New Bill Payment Resources
Customers on the new Universal Biller invoicing platform can find payment resource information here.
To make a payment, ACC Business customers have the following options:
FastPay On-Line Bill Pay for ACC Business:
- ACC Business offers customers to pay their bill online at Pay without signing in (att.com).
- Select “Business Accounts”
- Enter Account Number and Billing Zip Code
- Enter payment information
AT&T SMART Payments:
Pay your ACC Business invoice via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via AT&T Automated Clearing House (ACH) enrollment: www.att.com/attsmartpayments
Pay by Phone:

Mail Payment:

To obtain a copy of the W9 Form for your accounts payable needs, please contact ACC Business Customer Care.
AT&T Business Center:
Online Bill Payment will be available to those customers who register for AT&T Business Center. To register for AT&T Business Center send an email to acc.business.bd@accbusiness.com with the following information:
- Company Name (as it appears on your invoice)
- New Account #
- Company Administrator name, phone & email

Accurate and Timely Posting of Your Payment
To help ensure accurate and timely posting of your payment, please include your new 13 digit account number on each disbursement check or enclose the ACC Business remittance slip(s) with your payment.
