You’ll have access to a full range of local service features including Voice Mail, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and many more. And since we utilize the AT&T Network, you can count on the most reliable connection around for all of your business calling. Standalone local service is available, or it can be combined with ACC Business Long distance to take full advantage of our low per minute rates for state-to state calls all covered on one simple bill.
ACC Business PrimeXpress
If your business requires a more advanced voice solution,
upgrade your local service to ACC Business PrimeXpress, a
high quality digital trunking service that provides full T1
capacity, with 24 voice channels per facility. Available as
a standalone local service, or as a total voice solution,
ACC Business PrimeXpress delivers access to AT&T's local,
intraLATA and long distance networks, and provides Toll-Free
and International capabilities. In addition, you'll enjoy
a full range of advanced features, including N11 and 911 Service,
Directory Listings and Incoming Call Redirect.
ACC Business PrimePlex
For businesses that rely on both local voice and switched
data connections, the optimal solution is ACC Business PrimePlex,
an advanced ISDN-PRI digital trunking service that handles
voice, video and switched data transmissions on the same trunk.
With ISDN, the channels are allocated automatically on a call-by-call,
application-type basis, so there is no need to set aside separate
channels for each service, allowing businesses to increase
efficiency by optimizing available capacity.
Wide range of service options
Whichever solution is best for your business, you'll be able
to choose from a number of services types, depending on your
needs and the setup of your PBX. Direct Outward Dialing (DOD)
lets employees dial out from behind a PBX without going through
an attendant, while Direct Inward Dialing (DID) allows callers
to reach an extension inside a company without being routed
through an attendant. The COMBO/Main Listed Number (MLN) option
offers Direct Outward Dialing, but routes all incoming calls
to an attendant. Or, choose two-way trunking if you require
both DID and DOD calling on each T1 channel.
