		John Baker President & CEO ACC Business What he does for ACC Business: John Baker has served as the President & CEO for ACC Business since June 2001. He is responsible for the overall management and growth of the company - including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and business development. Having joined ACC Business in 1996, John has served within the company as both VP of Marketing and VP of Operations. What he does for our community: John coaches a girl's soccer team in his community, is an active member of his church, serves on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, and volunteers for various organizations throughout the year. Educational background: John graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1983 with a BA in Economics with post graduate work at Columbia Business School. And by the way: Born and raised in Rochester, NY, John lives in nearby Pittsford with his wife and two children. His hobbies include boating, automobiles, and family travel. « back to top
		Sandy Butler Buchanon National Sales Director ACC Business What she does for ACC Business: Sandy has been with ACC Business for 7 years, most recently serving as a Sales Manager. Sandy has had a distinguished career with AT&T that spans over 23 years, and has included such positions as Communications Technician, Account Executive and Sales Manager in Direct Sales, as well as Human Asset, Learning Manager, and Marketing Manager. She is responsible to direct and develop implementation of sales strategies of revenue retention and grow plans, integrate and implement sales proposals targeted for independent sales agents, and is responsible for managing overall team performance of 35 sales professionals, including special pricing and technical sales staff, among other duties. What she does for the community: Sandra takes a very active role with her church and makes a special effort to play an important role in the lives of the teens in her community. Educational background: Sandra attended Framingham State College, located in Framingham, Massachusetts. She has worked in the Communications Industry in technical, marketing, and sales positions for over 25 years. And by the way: Raised in the Boston area, and having lived in San Diego for 18 years as a young adult, Sandy now enjoys living in rural New Jersey with her husband and son where hiking, gardening and reading are her hobbies. « back to top
		Bob Gorman Marketing Director ACC Business What he does for ACC Business: Bob Gorman has served as the Director of Marketing and Offer Management for ACC Business since July 2002. His team is responsible for advertising, pricing, life cycle management, and new product development for ACC Business. Bob has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, including positions with AT&T Business Services and Teleport Communications Group (TCG). Prior to joining ACC Business, Bob was the District Product Manager for AT&T local data services. Educational Background: Bob graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Engineering. He also holds an MS in Business from Georgia Institute of Technology. And by the way: Bob lives outside of Princeton, NJ with his wife and three children. He enjoys golfing and skiing. « back to top
		Erika Young Vice President of Operations ACC Business What she does for ACC Business: As Vice President of Operations, Erika is responsible for operational management of over 130 associates within the business unit. Her Operations Management Team supports Customer Care, Risk Management, Order Processing, Provisioning, Maintenance, and Training. Erika joined ACC Business as a Customer Care Specialist in 1997 and has continued to serve the company in a number of network and billing management roles. What she does for the community: In support of her two children, Erika volunteers for various school and community activities. She is also an advocate for allergy education. Educational background: Erika graduated from SUNY Brockport with a BS in Psychology. Erika has worked in the telecommunications industry for 10 years and her experience includes project, process, staff, and network management. And by the way: Born and raised in the Rochester, NY area, Erika recently relocated from the Southern Tier in New York state to Rochester. Her hobbies include camping, baking, and teaching classes. « back to top
