ACC BUSINESS ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF MULTI-SERVICE AGREEMENT TO REPLACE THE MA/CSOA & ADDENDUMS
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Today ACC Business announced it is launching a Multi-Service Agreement (MSA) to satisfy customers that accept our Terms and Conditions and do not buy legacy-SBC or International services. For these contracts, the MSA replaces the MA/CSOA & Addendums.
"The new MSA offers significant benefits for everyone," says Mike Feeney, ACC Business Product Manager. "For customers, it is simpler to understand and sign, which results in quicker sales. For Agents, it is easier to create and submit, which leads to more sales. And for ACC Business, the new MSA is faster to support and process, which allows us to improve sales and support time."
To make the transition to the new MSA as smooth as possible, the MA/CSOA and Addendums will continue to be valid and accepted. They will phase out as the workbooks updated with the MSA are released and used by the agents over the next 60 after the workbooks are issued.
Current customers covered under MA/CSOAs will be allowed to use the MSA by signing a new MSA. A new MSA can go on file even if the customer already has a current MA/CSOA on file. The MSA is treated just like an additional MA/CSOA on file. ACC Business can also use the MSA instead of the addendums to earlier versions of the MA/CSOA.
