ACC BUSINESS ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF SINGLE SERVICE AGREEMENT TO SIMPLIFY ORDER FORMS

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Today ACC Business announced it is launching a Single Service Agreement (SSA) for Managed Internet Service (MIS) in response to Agents' requests for less paperwork.

The new SSA eliminates the need to re-enter pricing information into contracts and order forms from quotes, which makes it easier for Agents to place orders. Because the new form is user friendly for customers, Agents won't have to answer as many questions. As a result, Agents will enjoy faster, easier order generation—and as a result, more orders for ACC Business services.

The SSA is integrated with the online Sales Information Management and Pricing Link (SIMPL) quote tool currently used by Agents. With the SSA, Agents enter pricing information just once—in the original quote. When it comes time to write contracts and order forms, customers only have to fill out the remaining information. Agents no longer have to re-enter the original pricing data.
