ACC Business Names New Operations Vice President

ROCHESTER, NY — ACC Business has named Holly Rushford as Vice President of Operations. In this position, Rushford is responsible for operational management of over 170 ACC Business associates within the business unit. Her department encompasses Customer Care, Process Engineering, Order Processing, Provisioning, Risk Management, Training and Recruitment.

Rushford first joined ACC Business as a Network Provisioning Specialist in 1987. During her tenure at the company, she has served in a variety of Network Management roles including Network Cost, Switch Database, Toll Free, Order Flow Facilitator and Network Administration.

ACC Business provides voice and data services to business customers through a dedicated agent sales channel. Telecommunication service is provided by the AT&T Network - renowned for its quality, reliability and stability.
