ACC BUSINESS LAUNCHES NEW DATA PRICING TOOL "SIMPL" WILL HELP AGENTS SAVE TIME

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business today announced the launch of online pricing portal Sales Information Management Pricing Link (SIMPL).  SIMPL  will allow ACC Business sales agents to create customized pricing for ACC Business data and voice products, including Private Line, Frame Relay, Managed Internet Service and Private Network Transport, as well as Dedicated Voice Access Loops.

SIMPL is designed to provide agents with personalized proposals in a matter of minutes. "SIMPL will cut the amount of time to price our data products by 70-75% and will not require special knowledge or skills to use," said Dan Morford, product manager at ACC Business.  "Agents simply check boxes and provide information, such as area codes, to produce personalized quotes."

ACC Business agents played a key role in the design of SIMPL.  They tested the pricing tool and provided valuable feedback that the design team incorporated to assure a flexible and efficient tool.
