ACC Business Promotes Deborah Smith

ROCHESTER, NY — ACC Business has promoted Deborah Smith to Training Manager. In this position, Smith is responsible for teaching and facilitating all training courses for ACC Business, as well as developing courses for all new products and services.

A resident of Scottsville, N.Y., Smith also will manage the training team that delivers the courses to the Operations Center.

Smith has 24 years experience with AT&T, the past 13 as Project Manager, where she managed voice networks for large business customers. Prior to that, she served as Dial One Project Manager.
