ACC BUSINESS NAMES NEW DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS – ERIKA YOUNG
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has promoted Erika Young to director of customer relations. In her expanded role, Ms. Young will support customer care, maintenance, collections and training departments. In addition, she will assume responsibility for supporting the finance function. Ms. Young will continue to
provide support for network performance and billing management functions.

Since 1997, Ms. Young has held numerous positions at ACC Business. Prior to her new role, Ms. Young served ACC Business as the network and billing manager. In this role, Ms. Young was responsible for managing network architecture and billing performance including billing entry, bill review, bill disputes, and quality assurance. Ms. Young has also held positions such as network performance manager, complex billing manager, and order processing supervisor.
Ms. Young is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport with a B.S., in Psychology.
