ACC Business Promotes Duane Burnley
ROCHESTER, N.Y.—ACC Business, a division of
AT&T, has promoted Duane Burnley to supervisor of customer
care. In this position, Burnley will manage all inbound calls
from the subscriber base. He is responsible for overseeing
the daily operations of the call center, ensuring quality
and resolving all issues in a timely manner.
Burnley joined ACC Business as a Customer Care Representative
in 2000. During his tenure at the company, Burnley worked
in various positions in the Care Center including escalations,
the handling of maintenance issues and as a liaison between
AT&T Service Centers.
ACC Business provides voice and data services to business
customers through a dedicated agent sales channel. Telecommunication
service is provided by the AT&T Network - renowned for
its quality, reliability and stability.
