ACC BUSINESS ANNOUNCES SIMPL API RELEASE FOR IP SERVICES QUOTES

DALLAS, TX. – AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) today announced the availability of  an Application Programming Interface (API) to support direct interconnection to individual agency pricing tools for IP service quotations for the company’s ACC customers. Direct API interconnections will be utilized by ACC Business’ most productive agency organizations. These select agencies will be provided with direct digital access to SIMPL via API connection.

The SIMPL online pricing tool is a web-browser application that any authorized user can access to build and support ACC Business pricing quotations for most services currently offered.  This API release provides an alternate web-service application, which will connect directly to a similar pricing tool that is owned and used directly by a master agency. The API will provide digital transmission of pricing quotation data, which will then be entered and displayed on a quotation generated by the agency tool.
