ACC BUSINESS NAMES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has promoted Erika Young to vice president of operations. In her expanded role, Ms. Young will manage the overall Operations center and take responsibility for operational management of over 170 associates within the business unit. Additionally, she will continue to the support customer care, maintenance, collections, training, network and billing, quality assurance and finance departments.

Since 1997, Ms. Young has held several positions with increasing responsibility at ACC Business. Ms. Young most recently served as the director of customer relations, where she was responsible for the operational management of over 50 associates within the business unit. She has also supported Customer Care, End to End Billing Risk Management, Maintenance, and Training, and served as network and billing manager, network performance manager, complex billing manager, and order processing supervisor.

Ms. Young is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport with a B.S. in Psychology.
