ACC BUSINESS NAMES NEW AGENT MANAGER
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has named Karen Philbin as agent manager in the Florida market. In this position, Ms. Philbin will support existing agents and contract new agents to sell the voice and data services of ACC Business. Karen’s responsibilities will include new sales revenues, training agents order processing, and agent support.
Ms. Philbin will be supported by Toni Perez, regional sales manager; Ben Ho, national sales director; and John D. Baker, president & CEO, of ACC Business.
Ms. Philbin brings extensive technical communications experience to her new position at ACC Business. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a technical sales executive for SBC in Oklahoma City, Okla. In that role, Ms. Philbin provided technical sales support for account managers in five states. She also designed complex business communication network solutions, using technologies such as VoIP, HIPCS, Avaya, Nortel and Cisco CPE-based solutions.
Before becoming a technical sales executive, Ms. Philbin held positions as service executive and sales manager for SBC. In those roles, she provided complex and responsible management, service and support to her colleagues and clients.
Ms. Philbin is a graduate of Central State University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Computer Science.
