ACC BUSINESS APPOINTS SEAN HUMBY AS NEW CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has announced the promotion of Sean Humby to Customer Maintenance Supervisor. In this position, Humby will manage the Customer Maintenance Team and assist in all Tier 2 escalations.

Humby has worked with ACC Business for over two years. Prior to this promotion, he was a Managed Internet Services Escalation Manager. In that position, he was responsible for assisting team members in handling MIS issues and educating them about new customer service techniques. Humby has also worked as a Maintenance Technician and Facilitator for ACC Business.
