ACC BUSINESS NAMES NEW SALES EDUCATION MANAGER

ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 7, 2003—ACC Business has named Dan Morford as Sales Education Manager. In this position, Morford will build a formal education program to support both internal sales efforts and those of ACC Business contracted agents.

A former U.S. Navy Flight Officer, Morford has worked in the telecommunications industry for almost 20 years, and is well known for his educational programs. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager of Sales Education and Performance Consulting at Cable and Wireless Plc, where he was solely responsible for developing its Agent Education program. Morford has also held positions as International Telecom Manager, Product Marketing Manager and Vice President of Business Development.
