ACC BUSINESS HIRES SHAWN BERRY AS NEW MIS SPECIALIST

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has named Shawn Berry as MIS Specialist. In this position, Berry will implement, negotiate and execute post sales service delivery and implementation of MIS services. Berry’s responsibilities will include gathering technical data, ensuring efficient hand-off/routing to point of entry, resolving maintenance and billing issues.

Since 2006, Berry has worked as a consultant for ACC Business. Berry has over five years of telecom experience in sales, management and support. Prior to joining ACC Business, Berry worked as a Manager of Business Customer Care at Frontier Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for resolving customer concerns, training representatives in quality service and creating initiatives to drive sales.
