ACC BUSINESS PROMOTES MASHA WILLIAMS TO NETWORK AND BILLING MANAGER

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has promoted Masha Williams to Network and Billing Manager. In this position, Ms. Williams will support the end-to-end billing teams; billing entry, bill usage review, and billing integrity, as well as finance management.

Ms. Williams’ joined ACC Business as a Customer Care Representative. During her tenure at the company, Ms. Williams worked in various positions in the Care Center including escalations, the handling of maintenance issues, and as a liaison between AT&T Service Centers.
