ACC BUSINESS APPOINTS JOSEPH RODRIGUEZ AS NEW MIS SPECIALIST

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ACC Business has named Joseph Rodriguez as MIS Specialist. In this position, Rodriguez will implement, negotiate and execute post sales service delivery and implementation of MIS services. Rodriguez’s responsibilities will include gathering technical data, ensuring efficient hand-off/routing to point of entry, resolving maintenance and billing issues.

Since March 2007, Rodriguez has been a consultant for ACC Business. Rodriguez brings a strong background of customer service support and management. Prior to joining ACC Business, Rodriguez worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Edible Arrangements. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing production and customer service areas, leading a team of production designers, and handling customer calls.
